What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
The Short Version
We collect the minimum we need to run your account and answer your messages. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers. We never store your payment card details.
What We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount of technical data needed to deliver the service.
- Your name and email address, so we can create your account and send your login.
- A phone or WhatsApp number, where you choose to give one for support.
- Details you include in messages to us, such as your device type or a description of a problem.
- Technical data required to run your line: connection times, the server you are routed through and the device type in use.
- Standard website data such as pages visited, collected in aggregate.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not store payment card numbers, bank details or cryptocurrency wallet keys. Payments are processed by the provider you choose at checkout and those details never reach our systems.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
Why We Use It
We use your information to create and maintain your subscription, to route you to a working server, to provide support, to process payments and refunds, and to send service messages such as login details and renewal reminders.
We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand load patterns and plan capacity.
Who We Share It With
We share information only where it is necessary to run the service: with payment providers to process transactions, and with the infrastructure providers who host our systems.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so. We do not otherwise share your details with third parties, and we never sell them.
How Long We Keep It
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards for billing and support history. Support conversations are kept so we have context if you contact us again.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We apply the following to everyone, regardless of location.
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to particular uses of your information.
- Ask us not to send you non-essential messages.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to make it function. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. Where we embed a map, that provider may set its own cookies, governed by its policy rather than ours.
Security
We use encrypted connections for the website and for delivery of your line, and we restrict access to account data to the people who need it to support you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and we do not retain data we do not need.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
