Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we get asked most, answered plainly. If your question is not here, message us and a real person will answer, whatever the hour.
Getting Started
What is Cube IPTV and how does it work?
Cube IPTV streams live television and on-demand content over your internet connection instead of through a cable or satellite line. You install a small app on a device you already own, enter the login we send you, and the channel guide loads. There is no dish, no cable box and no engineer visit.
What do I need to get started?
A stable internet connection and a compatible device: a smart TV, Firestick, Android box, phone, tablet or computer. That is genuinely all. If you are unsure whether your device will work, message us the model and we will tell you before you pay anything.
What internet speed do I need?
A steady 15 Mbps handles HD comfortably. For 4K allow 25 Mbps or more per stream. Stability matters more than the headline number: a consistent 20 Mbps beats a 100 Mbps line that drops for a few seconds every so often, because a brief dropout empties the buffer and the picture freezes while it refills.
How quickly can I start watching?
Most accounts are created and delivered within about fifteen minutes of confirmation, including overnight. If you need it faster, Live Chat is quickest because we can set it up with you while you are there.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. We offer a 36-hour free trial with the full lineup and no card details required. Test it on your own connection at your own peak hour, which is the only test that tells you anything useful.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is prepaid for the term you choose and there is no minimum commitment, no automatic renewal you have to cancel and no retention call if you decide to leave.
Devices and Setup
Which devices work with Cube IPTV?
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV boxes and sticks, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, MAG and Formuler boxes, and Windows or macOS computers. Our supported devices page lists the specifics.
Which device would you recommend?
If your television sits near the router, a Fire TV Stick 4K Max. If it does not, an Android box with an ethernet port, because a wired connection removes the most common cause of buffering outright.
Can I install my line on more than one device?
Yes. You can install it on as many devices as you like. What your plan limits is how many streams play at the same time, which is a separate thing entirely.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Almost certainly not. Tell us what you already own and we will confirm before you spend anything. We would rather talk you out of an unnecessary purchase than sell you a box you do not need.
Will you help me set it up?
Yes, and it is included. Message us on Live Chat and we will walk through your device step by step. Send a photo of the screen you are stuck on and we will tell you exactly what to press next.
Do I need a VPN?
Not to use the service. Some people prefer one for general privacy, which is a personal decision. If you do use one, choose a nearby server, because a distant exit point adds latency and can cause buffering that has nothing to do with us.
Channels and Content
What channels are included?
Live channels across sport, entertainment, news, music, kids and international programming, plus a large on-demand library of films and complete series. We will send you the category list before you pay, so you know what you are buying rather than taking a promise of everything.
Is there a TV guide?
Yes. A full electronic programme guide loads automatically, with seven-day catch-up on supported channels so you can rewind to something you missed.
Do you have 4K content?
Yes, where the source allows. Sport and documentaries carry the most 4K. Bear in mind that 4K needs both a 4K screen and enough bandwidth, so it is not simply a matter of the channel being available.
Can I request a channel that is not included?
You can, and we review requests regularly. We will add what we are able to and tell you plainly when we cannot, rather than promising something to close a sale.
Do you cover sport in my country?
Tell us which competitions you follow and we will answer specifically. Blackout windows exist to protect local broadcasters and they apply regardless of how you watch, so be wary of any provider claiming to work around them.
How often is the on-demand library updated?
Weekly. New films and series seasons are added on an ongoing basis rather than in occasional large batches.
Billing and Plans
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $13.99 for one month on a single device, down to an effective $6.25 a month on the two-year plan. The pricing page has every term and device count laid out in full.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal and major cryptocurrencies. Crypto payments carry an extra discount because they cost us less to process. We send payment details once you confirm a plan.
Does the price rise at renewal?
Not within a term, and we do not run an introductory rate that jumps later. If a renewal price ever changes you will hear it from us beforehand, not discover it on your statement.
Can I upgrade or add devices mid-term?
Yes. Move to a longer term or add connections at any point and we credit what you have already paid against the new plan.
What is your refund policy?
If the service does not perform on your connection within the first seven days and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Full details are on our refund policy page.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are handled by whichever provider you choose and card numbers are never stored on our systems.
Troubleshooting
My login has not arrived. What now?
Check your spam folder first, because that is where it lands roughly a third of the time. If it is not there, message us with the email address you used and we will resend it immediately.
One channel keeps freezing. Is that my connection?
Usually not. If it is one channel while others are fine, that points to a server route rather than anything at your end. Send us the channel name and the time and we will move you, normally within minutes.
Everything buffers in the evening. What can I do?
That pattern points to congestion, either on your line or your street. Wire the device with ethernet if you can, pause any large downloads, and increase the buffer in your player settings. Those three steps fix the large majority of evening buffering.
The picture is lower quality than expected.
Set your device video output to match your television natively rather than leaving it on automatic, which stops the device renegotiating mid-stream. If you are on wi-fi, move to the 5GHz band when you are near the router.
Nothing loads at all after entering my details.
Check the login for a stray space, which is the single most common ticket we get. Retype it by hand rather than pasting. Then restart the router first, wait a full minute, and restart the device after it.
How do I get help fastest?
Live Chat, any hour. Include your device, the channel affected and the time it happened, and we can usually diagnose it in one exchange rather than several.
Still Not Answered?
Try Cube IPTV on your own devices first. The trial is free for 36 hours and needs no card.
