Pricing questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal and major cryptocurrencies. Crypto payments carry an extra discount because they cost us less to process. We send payment details once you confirm a plan.
Does the price go up at renewal?
Not within a term, and we do not run an introductory rate that jumps later. If a renewal price ever changes you will hear it from us first, not from your statement.
Can I upgrade mid-term?
Yes. Move to a longer term or add devices at any point and we credit what you have already paid against the new plan.
What does the money-back window cover?
If the service does not perform on your connection in the first seven days and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
Do I have to commit to a year?
No. Start monthly if you prefer. If it is still running well after four weeks we credit what you paid toward a longer plan.
