How to submit a copyright notice to Cube IPTV, what we need in it, and what happens next.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Our Position
Cube IPTV respects the rights of content owners. We do not host, store or upload media content on our own servers, and we respond promptly to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Where a valid notice identifies material available through our service, we remove it from the lineup.
How to Submit a Notice
If you own, or are authorised to act for the owner of, content you believe is being made available without authorisation, send a written notice to Cubeiptvteam@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Your notice should include the following.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material said to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review every notice we receive. Where a notice is valid we action it promptly, remove the relevant material from the lineup, and confirm to you in writing once it is done.
If a notice is incomplete we will tell you what is missing rather than ignoring it.
Counter-Notification
If material was removed as a result of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It should identify the material and its previous location, include your contact details, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate the accounts of subscribers and resellers who are found to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
Designated Contact
All copyright notices should be sent to Cubeiptvteam@gmail.com. Postal correspondence may be sent to Cube IPTV, 200 E. Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113, United States. Email reaches us fastest and we monitor it continuously.
Misuse of This Process
Submitting a knowingly false notice may expose you to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be sure of your rights before submitting.
