About Cube IPTV
A small team in San Jose running a streaming service the way we would want one run for us. Here is who we are, how we work, and what we will never do to you.
How Cube IPTV started
Cube IPTV began the way most small services do: as a workaround. A few of us were paying for three overlapping subscriptions to follow different leagues, renting a set-top box nobody in the house ever touched, and still missing half of what we wanted to watch. The bill went up every spring. The picture did not.
So we rented server capacity, learned load balancing the hard way, and put a lineup together for ourselves. Friends asked for access. Then their friends did. By the time the list had outgrown a spreadsheet it had quietly become a company, and we had to decide what sort of company it was going to be.
We chose the boring answer: charge a fair price, say plainly what is included, answer the phone. Today Cube IPTV serves subscribers across North America and beyond from an office on East Santa Clara Street in San Jose. We have grown, but the rule we started with has not changed. If it would not be good enough for our own living room, it does not ship.
Built in San Jose. Run by the same people who answer your messages.
What we are actually trying to do
Three things, and we would rather be judged on them than on adjectives.
Our mission
Make watching what you love simple and affordable again. That means an honest price, a picture that holds up when it matters, and a service you can walk away from whenever you like. We would rather earn next month than trap you in it.
Our standards
Uptime is measured, not claimed. Support tickets are answered by the same people who run the servers. Every plan is tested on real hardware, a stick, a smart TV and a phone, before it ever reaches a customer.
Our promise
We will tell you when something is not right for you. If your connection cannot carry 4K, we will say so. If your television is too old, we will say that too, even when it costs us the sale.
What makes us different
Plenty of providers will quote you a lower number. Here is what that number usually leaves out.
We answer at 2am
Support is not a queue that opens on Monday. Late kick-offs and time zones are exactly when people need help, so that is when we staff. Message us at three in the morning before a fight and somebody replies.
We cap our own capacity
We stop selling onto a server before it fills, not after. It costs us subscribers every month and it is the single biggest reason our picture holds on a busy Sunday.
We say what is included
You get the category list before you pay, not a vague promise of everything. If something is not in the lineup we tell you upfront rather than letting you find out in week two.
Setup is done with you
New to streaming apps? We stay on the message thread until your first channel is playing, on every device you own, not just the main television.
One account, many screens
Households are not one person. Multi-connection plans are priced sensibly instead of billed like a second subscription.
Try before you commit
Ask for a trial line and test it on your own connection at your own peak hour. No card, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel.
How we run the service
Not a mystery. This is the operating routine behind the picture on your screen.
Owned infrastructure
We manage our own load balancing across edge servers rather than reselling somebody else’s panel and hoping.
Monitored around the clock
Servers are watched continuously. When a route degrades we move affected lines before most people notice.
Capacity held back
Every server has headroom kept deliberately empty for peak events, which is when oversold services fail.
Support that escalates
Front-line support can reach the infrastructure team directly. There is no wall between you and the people who can fix it.

Visiting or writing to us
The San Jose address is our correspondence and business address. Cube IPTV is an online service, so we do not run a walk-in shop or a counter you can collect from. Everything is handled by message, which is faster for you and means we can help whatever time zone you are in.
Questions people ask about us
How long has Cube IPTV been running?
We started as a private lineup among friends and have been running as a paid service since, growing mostly by word of mouth. We are deliberately not the biggest provider out there, because we cap capacity per server rather than selling into every gap.
Where are you based?
Our business address is 200 E. Santa Clara St, San Jose, CA 95113. Our servers sit closer to you than that, with edge capacity on both US coasts and further afield, so your stream takes a short hop rather than a transatlantic detour.
Who actually answers when I message?
The same small team that manages the servers. There is no outsourced call centre and no script. If your problem needs someone with server access, that person is one message away rather than three tiers up.
Do you sell my details to anyone?
No. We keep what we need to run your account and answer your messages, and nothing more. Payment card numbers are never stored on our systems; those stay with whichever payment provider you use.
What happens if I want to leave?
You stop paying and the line expires. There is no cancellation form, no retention call, and no minimum term on any plan. If something went wrong we would rather hear about it than keep you unhappily subscribed.
Can I speak to someone before I buy?
Yes, and we would prefer it. Tell us your devices, your connection speed and what you actually watch, and we will tell you honestly whether the service suits you.
Judge us on the trial, not the sales pitch
Take a free trial line and test it on your own connection at your busiest hour. If it does not hold up, you have lost nothing.
